An automatic recurring payment will be made monthly any applicable taxes will be assessed with your initial payment. (You cancel your membership anytime you want, but no refunds after 7 days of payment.) You will not receive any advance notice of this payment, but you will receive a postpayment confirmation email following all automatic recurring payments.

Subscription will charge your account monthly until canceled on members profile.Discount coupon code valid for 30 days after you subscribe, after which it expires. Coupons can be applied to any item in the DTLA Dr Self Tape Shop for one-time use only. Limited to one coupon per customer. Non-transferable. No cash value. It cannot be combined with other discounts or offers. Shipping is not included. Void where prohibited. Shipping is Limited to the USA.  Subscriptions to DTLA Dr Self Tape do not constitute a two-hour turnaround time. Please allow our staff  twenty four hours for sending media for your unique tape. Recurring payments until YOU Cancel purchased membership. Cancelations must be done in your member's profile under settings. All Plans are subjected to a cancellation fee if not canceled within 24 hours of payment. PLEASE NOTE: If you are having trouble canceling your membership contact us at Bookme@dtladrselftape.com so we can assist.If your payment has been made from your account and it is already past 7 days we cannot issue a refund. You can still cancel, but you just will not be charge for the next month.
